III - Training Workers Through:
    a) One Year Course for Christian Workers.
    b) Two-year Course for Church Planting.
    c) Three-year Course for Pastorate.

IV - Sending Labourers:
    a) To the New Pioneering Area.
    b) To the Churches that need Pastors.
    c) To the Mission Field.
